  Drinks were delicious and HUGE! I was afraid with how long the line was that it was going to take forever to get our drinks. Overall it did take a decent while it was far faster than i would've expected. Props to them! Also, cool little free pin was a nice touch.

  1st time trying this. The coffee was really good. The service was really SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. I was 3rd in line when someone came out and gave the drink to the car in front of me. Then still 3rd when someone gave me my drink. Still 3rd in line when they started giving drinks to the cars behind me. The right hand lane was moving along fine. The left lane was stuck. After 3 songs went by (about 10-ish minutes), an employee walked by and I asked what the holdup was, and she apologized and said they were remaking the drink of the person in front. Soooooo, we were waiting at least 10 minutes, all while they were making drinks for the cars in the right hand lane, all for 1 drink? Do the employees NOT know about priorities and making the drinks of the cars in front to get them out of the way? Serious question. There looked to be PLENTY of employees. Why wasn't ONE delegated to remake the drink instead of putting it back into the flow of orders?

  Ordered 2 drinks the girl entered order wrong. Got to the window the girl wouldn’t remake a new one I need one sugar free and one without. She gave me two sugar free, pretended to make a new one, lied, rolled her eyes and had a major attitude because 7 brew got it wrong. Horrible FIRST experience and nasty girl working. Happened 10/7/25 between 4:30pm-5:30pm. I work in the industry and was pissed!

  I ordered my coffee with no caramel and no cold foam but my friend ordered it with the lady comes. Give my stuff and says I give you both caramel and cold foam. Thanks and I'm definitely allergic to caramel and then she just walked away. worst $13.76 I've ever spent in my life. I hope this place gets quit down shut down. The inside was on sanitary. There was water all over the floor and it was messy. there's literally a part of the building where there's like a doorway crack with no door leading to the outside and then on the other side is the kitchen. That's just so disgusting. I'll be sticking with my Starbucks thanks.

  Tonight took the cake for the WORST service I have ever received here. Today was my birthday so I was so excited to come and get my free drink, but instead was met with rude staff and unpleasant drink. I started ordering with the first girl and asked for “no ice, filled to the top” which she cut me off and rudely asked if I cared that there was an upcharge twice. I responded with yes since it would be my free drink and she gave me a dirty look and I explained it was my birthday. She ended up checking me out and then we moved to the next girl at the window in which she met us with a half full drink in which I explained to her that it was supposed to be filled to the top and she gave me and my mom the nastiest look like we were inconveniencing her. She went to fill it up and it was almost clear. Just overall not a good experience and was highly disappointed.
