  Service was horrible, everybody was standing inside talking while there was a huge line. Took over 30 minutes to order and get my drink even though there were only 4 cars that were in my lane. Worker who took my order was rude as well.

  I'm only leaving a one star review because I can't leave a zero. We sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and never even had someone take our payment. The other line serviced 30+ cars while we sat still. I'll not be back, and likely not to any other 7brew. 🤢

  I drink a lot of lattes but I had not been to this place before so I gave it a try. It was one of the worst lattes I had ever had. A latte should have a bold espresso flavor and this tasted mostly like hot milk with very little coffee flavor. I’ll stick to the local coffee shops if I want a real latte.

  I usually always get an iced coffee or an iced energy. My daughter had a dance tonight and wanted something to drink and had never had 7 brew so she wanted to try it out. Since it was later in the day, I decided to try a smoothie. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I received and the service is always amazing.

  Honestly, the drinks are 8/10 times good, they’ve gotten a couple things wrong here and there. But the service is always soooooo slow, and there’s always at least one girl just standing there doing nothing while there’s a line wrapped around the building, another girl checking her phone every thirty seconds, and then just one making drinks. There definitely needs to be some labor restructuring done at this location, because it’s kind of insane how you’ll be waiting forever and there are multiple employees standing doing nothing, when they could be pitching in and helping to get customers served quickly and efficiently.
