  Yall are on time out for this. Waited in line for 20 minutes, 15 of which was just waiting for the lady taking orders to decide to start doing my line. She would do about 3 cars from the left lane and one from mine. I’m fairly confident she entirely skipped the car behind me. When I didn’t tip, she noticed and her demeanor drastically changed. I also am not sure if they changed their beans or if the barista pulled my shot when I first got in line but my drink tastes insanely different in a bad way. I get the same two things every time and am a regular but between the unbelievably conservative amount of matcha in the matcha and this I need a minute.

  Coffee, no food, but the coffee is great, sugar free energy drinks are great and the service is always great!

  This 7brew is usually great however, this morning I received my drink with a piece of white plastic. Glad I saw it before I choked. Check your drinks!

  August 16th around 4:30, both lanes were open, yet the right hand lane was moving at a snail's pace. I believe we waited in line after ordering for approximately 20-25 minutes. Then, I was forced to have my credit card run AGAIN when we finally arrived to the right hand lane attendant. When I disputed the fact that I had already paid for our drinks, the young man said No, it didn't go through and you need to pay. Of course, after waiting that long, we just wanted our drinks, so I let him run it again. Big mistake. 2 days later, I discover that in fact, my card had been charged twice. I emailed corporate to get my charge reversed, I even called and left a message and have heard nothing. This is so disappointing as it was only our 2nd time getting 7Brew and were very happy with our drinks. Sure would like for someone to reimburse/reverse my charge.

  Ok really, who doesn't enjoy 7 Brew?! Usually pretty quick & I've always had friendly service. One thing - their employees can't take trash/cups from cars. That's certainly understandable. But it would be nice if there was a trash can close by so I could have opportunity to throw away any cups already in my cup holders. Obviously not a huge deal, but we were on a road trip recently and everyone wanted 7 brew, but everyone also had old cups we needed to dispose of. Would have been nice to avoid an extra stop at a gas station just to throw away cups.
