  A great place to get a refreshing drink or a pick me up of caffeine for your day, early to late hours so great for the early mornings. The crew members are always so pleasant to deal with so it's definitely a go to coffee stop.

  Left the Broken Arrow 7 Brew and went on the highway before realizing my coffee wasn’t made right. I stopped at the 21st St location to get it corrected. I politely explained and even showed the drink to them. Instead of simply fixing it or letting me know what they planned to do, they just changed it and charged me again—without telling me first. That’s completely unacceptable. Good coffee means nothing if customer service and communication are this careless. I won’t be returning to either location.
