I got a flyer in the mail which advertised your store with coupons when my grandson came to use them (coupon) and was told that they couldn't be redeemed at your location. And was told they were only good in Arizona. So why would you deliver them to an ohio address. We drove away. This just screams bad business ill get my coffee at Starbucks thank you for not honoring your advertisement.

Her shake was not any better, it was an cookies and cream shake but it tasted nothing like cookies and cream. Im very disappointed in my visit

If there is a 7Brew near you I highly recommend going. The menu could be slightly simplified/categorized in a more organized fashion but overall a 4.5/5 stars.
