I'm a huge fan of 7 Brew but this stand is the worst! Every time I'm here the customer service is awful. The workers are constantly sitting around on their phones even when there is a line. Not all employees but a fair amount are rude. They have messed up multiple drinks for me and my girlfriend and have refused to remake them or make it right. They genuinely don't care about their customers. No other 7 brew stand that i have been to is like this. Every other stand is fast, friendly, and precise. Spend the extra gas and go to the one on Emerson where they care about their customers.

I go here every single day sometimes twice a day and lately for maybe the passed 3 weeks when I go there in the morning or in the afternoon before 5 my coffee is never right. I always order the large iced funnel cake with 7 espresso shots Carmel drizzle and cold foam. The day before yesterday there was no espresso in it it looked like a cup of milk with no Carmel. And today my coffee wasn’t even a full cup it was at least 3 inches from the top of the cup with literally maybe 8 ice cubes a tiny slither of cold foam barely any Carmel and again no espresso. I spend 10 to 30$ here a day and it’s crazy that I can’t get right coffee when the people during the day are working. I’m usually not one to complain but when I’m spending $9.81 on coffee everyday I feel that it should be made how I ask for it to be made because at this point it’s a waste of my time and money.

I went with some friends at like ~7:20 we were waiting to get our orders taken but no one ever came up to us, there was a car ahead of us, but the girls were chatting it up, playing with whipped cream, eating out of a cup, and touching that customer’s dog, (which is nasty???) we waited for the order ahead, the car drove off after like ten minutes, another car pulled up and they took that order before even acknowledging us, I could understand if they believed they already took our order but there wasn’t even a semblance of acknowledgment, not once did they check on anything, and honestly it wasn’t even busy enough to have an excuse like that

Waited in outside line where the lady was taking orders in the booth and never came out to take multiple order so the line would go faster. All while the inside line was flying through people quickly. This trip made me and my husband late to work. It is ridiculous that it took 25 minutes when there was only three cars in front of us when we pulled up to the line and one drove off as we were coming stop. There were no reasons for the delay and wait. The fact the a man approached the building to order well after we got here and got his order way before us is crazy wild. Just all around poor customer service. No one should have to get out of their car to get decent service and no one should have to wait 25 minutes for just drinks.

I’m writing to share a bit of a disappointment from our recent visit to this location. My husband and I really enjoy 7brew, but we won’t be returning here. We had a few issues, including a drink that was made incorrectly three times. To make matters worse, we felt the staff were unfriendly, and I believe the manager was on her phone the entire time I was waiting for my coffee.
