  I came through at 7:40 in the morning to grab a Banana Bread Blondie, and John was the one who took my order. I was having a rough morning, but he completely turned my day around with his kindness and positive energy. The drink was made perfectly, and his uplifting attitude really stood out. Thank you, John, for making my morning so much better!

  Fantastic! This place has great coffee with tons of choices. It was such a positive experience that we went back a second time on our vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and the coffee was fantastic! The second visit my wife forgot to mention that she wanted oat milk instead of regular milk. An important detail. Instead of just giving it to her as she'd ordered, the staff member caught that it was slightly different from our previous order and asked her if she wanted oat milk because he saw it on the last order. She was thankful that he caught this and asked. This is just an example of the fantastic service we received here.

  John is the literal best! He made the best suggestions for my normal drink and absolutely elevated it to the next level! Such a great personality and attitude. Love this location!

  There was an employee with curly hair that said his name was jose. he was very respectful and kind and when i pointed out a thing missing in my drink he fixed it immediately and made sure everything else was okay. overall one of my best experiences at seven brew.

  I came through the 7 Brew North Myrtle Beach location today just to grab a hot coffee, and I was honestly really disappointed. Back home in Arkansas, the staff are always super friendly and make the experience fun. The guy working Lane 1 barely acknowledged mehe didn’t ask how my day was or anything, just took my order and even forgot to ask for my phone number until I mentioned it. When we pulled up to the lane, my husband was in the front and I was in the backseat with a baby, and he didn’t try to engage or start a conversation with either of us. This is the first time in 3–4 years of being loyal 7 Brew customers that we’ve ever felt so unwelcome. It really stood out, especially compared to the amazing service we’re used to at other locations.
