  Palm Bay 7 brew on Malabar is my go to, because the kid Riley there always has a smile on his face and pays attention to detail everytime. Not only do I look forward to my specialty “raspberry truffle “ but seeing him makes my day. You need to hire more like him!!

  So I typically do not go to coffee places but my daughter wanted me to pick up a drink for her. There was this young man, I think his name was Riley, he was so polite and respectful. He was just a wonderful human that made me happy my daughter wanted drink.

  It may be in their business model, and bless the hearts of all the employees just doing their job, but I'll go ahead and say it. I don't enjoy at all how deep the conversations need to go between the staff and customers. I just want to order my drink, have quick pleasantries, and be on my way. I don't want to get into everything that's on my calender for the day, which errands I'm running, the history of our family's names, and whatever other questions I now feel forced to answer at the crack of dawn because I don't want to be rude. Coffee options are good, especially the variety of sugar-free flavorings. But I would prefer Starbucks where the employees usually act too cool to talk to me.

  I stopped by the Seven Brew in Palm Bay and was helped by Riley. I ordered a Blue Razz energy drink, and not only was it made perfectly, but Riley was such an amazing kid to talk to. He had a great attitude, was super friendly, and made the experience really enjoyable. It’s not often you get genuine conversation at a drive-thru, but Riley definitely stood out. Huge shoutout to him for the awesome service—I’ll definitely be back!
