Wanted to try 7 Brew because I heard that they had Kona coffee. I asked the order taker if they had Kona coffee and she said, I'm not sure. But she did not ask for me. Ordered 2 large black coffees with stevia on the side. Paid $8.70 (including $1 tip). Got 1 coffee right away but had to wait a few more minutes for the second coffee. They put 2 stevia in the coffee and I told her it was supposed to be on the side. She disappeared and came back a few minutes later with second coffee and stevia on the side. Got in the car, opened up the coffee. It looked cloudy and tasted watered down. Added my creamer and some stevia and didn't improve the taste. Very disappointed. It's pretty sad when a coffee shop can't brew a decent black coffee.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star review I would. I work at a 7 brew a couple hrs from here and this stand holds none of the values we go by. Their attitudes were awful, drinks half full, just not friendly at all. We had encounters with 4 people and not a single one of them were kind. Our coffee taste awful with no flavor. Just not at all what a 7 brew should be. Disappointing.

Love their drinks, made so good!! We were in a big truck with a trailer on it so we couldn’t go through the drive through. We had seen online that they excepted walk ups. So I went up and they announced that I was there. Then I stood there a little longer, one girl asked if I had been helped, I informed her that I had not, she then yells “can someone get the walk up” they all continued to ignore me. Again love the drinks, costumer service isn’t there.

Line is almost always way too long, took 40 minutes today just to get coffee. Once we were handed our coffee we saw the drinks were incorrect and tried to tell the woman there, but she just said nothing and walked away ignoring us. She appeared incapable of regulating her emotions in a way that is appropriate when dealing with customers. The music is way too loud. We have to constantly repeat our orders when they are being taken because of how loud the music is. The drinks are inconsistent, sometimes they are great, others it tastes like burnt coffee grounds mixed with soap.

Absolutely ridicules that I went this evening on October 13th at 529pm in the drive thru at Lancaster oh location and they was only taking orders for the first two cars I sat in line until I pulled up to the register for them to take my order this was at 603 over 30 mins in line where I couldn’t get out . Absolutely ridicules that they wasn’t taking orders three and four cars behind like they always do seemed as if there was zero help there. I pulled away at register and left I was already at that point late for daughters basketball practice after waiting for over 30 mins and didn’t even get a drink. I order five drinks at a time and go a lot , not sure that I will ever go back to that location after this. I work in customer service and there is no excuse for that.
