  It took 15 minutes to order and another 10 to get our drink. When we arrived there was only 4 cars ahead of us in line. I have never been to a slower 7 brew.

  I stop here normally twice a week on my way to work, this morning I stopped service was slow but that was okay. The employee took my order and the machine froze. I politely told her to take her time and I wasn’t in a hurry. As she walked off she stated “don’t worry I will” while laughing. Then I could hear her inside the doorway loudly saying “I love when customers tell me to take my time” followed by “now that you said that we will” left me confused as I genuinely just wasn’t in a rush and work retail and know how others can be. Won’t go back to this location

  i love 7 brew so much , and frequently go to the location on harrodsburg road . it has consistent problem with this location being extremely slow . i understand when it’s busy for service to take a little long , but there will be 3 cars in front of me and it takes 15 minutes each time to even get my order taken . today i waited 15 minutes again to order, and got hot caramel latte and they made it iced , which is no problem i just let them know it was wrong , and the girl in the lane proceeded to just take the drink say nothing and start rolling her eyes . i used to love this location but im not sure what has been going so down hill lately about it .
