Not very friendly. Also messed up my order several times. I’m a daily visiter by the way, and my wait times have gone from 5-8 minutes to now I wait 15-30 minutes (yes… I have waited 30 minutes in that line that you can’t get out of)! I hate to generalize because there are some good staff members that are friendly. Like I said, this has been my experience in the last like two months and I’m finally writing a review as I sit in line (for 13 minutes now).
