  The two white boys that helped me and my friends were awesome. The gave us extra stickers and we appreciated it.i wish we had one in Austin.

  Very disappointed in the customer service. While ordering the employee charged my card, and stated “the transaction was cancelled.” While pulling up to the second pay station, I showed the first transaction went through. Afterwards they brought out 4 employees, and then had one girl come out who said “my supervisor said you had to pay again” and charged my card twice. For two drinks I ended up paying $26, they did end offering me two free drink vouchers. Which honestly did not make the situation any better. Quite honestly disappointed in the customer service and the transaction was handled.

  Used to love coming here but after the last couple times I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's been two times where I go around 30 mins to a hr before closing and each time I had a horrible experience. The first time, there was no line so we pulled up to the window and the employees looked over and visibly seemed annoyed. Once one came to take our order you could hear just how bothered she was. We paid and left a $2 tip as we always do. And when the employee went back to help the other with our drinks, I heard the one who took our order say something along the lines of "show up late and leaves a bad tip." Then they both laughed. I would understand the frustration they had if we had shown up 5-10 mins before closing but this was literally 30 mins before. We thought maybe they were just having a bad day and decided to go back a week later. This time we went an hr before closing time and the same employee who took our order before was there and, yet again, looked very annoyed. Her attitude towards us while we ordered was so rude. This was the final straw for us. Will not be back.

  Would give zero stars if possible. Went to this location and was treated poorly. There are no menus all the way at the back of the line so I was unable to find what I wanted to drink On the menu. When we finally got to the front where you pay and I could see a menu we politely asked if we could add a drink before we payed for ours (something every other *well worked* coffee shop absolutely allows). The blonde woman who was giving us our drinks rolled her eyes walked up to the window. Shouted “no adding drinks” to no one in particularly then turned around and said she was unable! We were deciding between this and Dutch Bros! We should’ve gone with Dutch Bros and will be going forward. The people in our car who were allowed to get drinks also are very disappointed in the taste. Overall a terrible experience. This place is clearly trying to mimic the magic of places like Dutch Bros without actually putting in the quality work and customer service required to build those relationships. Don’t waste your time folks. Go to dutch

  I get a blondie chiller from the Colorado Springs location more often than I should. 😬 There is a different drive thru coffee shop about 10 minutes from my house but the service, atmosphere, and prices at 7 Brew are 100% so much more worth the half hour drive.
