Overall, I enjoy living here, but there are some issues with the property I think that need to be noted for people that may want to move here. You can literally walk throughout the building and your phone will go into SOS mode. Like zero service, no guest WIFI.
I can be in my apartment on the first floor, and if I don't have Wi-Fi, my phone literally will go into SOS mode and I can't even call or receive calls or text messages, which obviously is very annoying on top of paying $1,600 base rent. And then on top of that, the Luxer package system is beyond infuriating when it comes to being annoying. There are some times I literally get locked out of getting my mail because it won't accept the code. There is also a communal mail room, I haven't had issues yet but that's something to be aware of. The amenities are beautiful and spacious, especially the workout rooms.
Overall, I enjoy living here, but I probably will not resign my lease only for the fact that like I just feel like it's too expensive for the issues that I'm facing. Probably the biggest one for me is that I can literally basically walk anywhere on this property, and I only have like two bars max, with Verizon mind you.

Some people are new here and some are old. But they are all very kind and helpful do not be shy to ask someone for directions or help. I worked with Whitney and she was amazing. She even has been helping me after my move and everything has been completed. I came in one day to get my keys and everything and Megan was at the desk. I was unaware on how to do some things to complete my move and she helped me through it and sent me off with some kind words. I also had requested to get some things fixed around my apartment and they got fixed that day! Great staff and services as well as very kind residents.

When I moved to Charlotte I decided to sign my first lease with 5115 Park Place! What a great decision! The thing that makes this apartment stand out is Meaghan and Whitney! They are always so helpful and the friendliest faces!
