  He put my privacy fence in. I needed some repairs and reached out via text, phone, and voice mail. He won't call me back. Crappy customer service.

  Do your homework and get bids before you make a decision. Meet the the person doing the bid and that will give you a good representation of the company. I was very impressed when I met the person doing the bid and it was actually the owner of the company. Josh, the owner, was awesome to deal with and made it easy on my decision to go with 5Star Fence

  Should be called 2 star fence at best. Were quick to give me a quote, set up installation and came to get my hogwire fence done in 2 days. Total of 250ft. 40- 4x4 posts set plus a gait. I was told all the dirt and rocks dug up would be used to backfill the post holes, and placed along the bottom of the fence to "reinforce" it. Not done! I back filled all the holes. The gage of wire used is so flimsy I can bend with my pinky. After several calls, I did get them to return (at the only 2hrs of the week I wouldn't be present) to put more staples to hold the wires. When I called Josh again to say there was other things I wanted to address he said, oh yeah, we saw boards that also need replaced. Well, that's been going on 3 months ago and haven't heard another word. My advice is if you use these guys, make sure you check it out well, before they leave.

  Josh was easy to connect with very prompt on an estimate. And then once we made the decision it took longer to deal with the city and the HOA then to get the fence up. Amazing job!

  Five stars for Five Start Fence. They were easy to work with and the fence is beautiful. They were very patient and were always accommodating.
