  Alex’s performance in our home sale process was impressive from start to end. He was very professional and well prepared starting from day-1. Our job required leaving the Bay Area to move to another state as soon as our furniture was loaded in the trucks and we handed our keys to Alex and he managed the whole process including hiring vendors to carry out necessary fixes, getting quotes for potential improvements and staging our house in the best way. Alex uses a variety of marketing tools expertly which is also critical in this market. I have no doubt Alex did everything that could be done for our house to showcase its full value. Alex, it’s been a pleasure working with you and thanks for the seamless home sales experience!

  Alex helped us buying our home but in reality there is so much more to it! He took the time to show us all available, possible (and some not possible) homes all over the region, and while doing so helped us get more familiar with all the neighborhoods. In addition to simply buying a home, we are also new to the region and during our house tours we also gained valuable insights on everything from schools, parking, and weather considerations. All in all, Alex helped us both finding our new home and also got us a crash course in living in the Bay Area. And it hasn't stopped there. As with many houses, there are issues and things that need maintenance. I've been relying a lot on Alex to share contacts and insight in how to address issues even after the sale was concluded. One of the first thing we mentioned to Alex was that we were looking for a realtor that had 2 key qualities: 1. Honest and prompt communication. 2. Looking out for us first. Now, having been through this process, I can now say that Alex absolutely embodied these key criteria for us.

  I moved from Michigan to CA at the end of 2021. Alex was introduced to me via the company's recruitment. He was very professional and patient. He spent quite a lot of time driving us around the bay area to show us different flavors of the houses on the market at the time so that he could understand want we were looking for. He was never pushy, and gave his honest opinions when being asked. He also helped me in the process of getting mortgage loan and house insurance. I am happy with his service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
