    I recently picked up a large to go lunch order and they had my order ready exactly when promised and Brandy who brought my order out greeted me by my name and had such a wonderful attitude and great customer service.

    I went yesterday for lunch. The food was very disappointing. The Ribs were cold, The baked beans were burnt. Literally had burnt pieces in there. The hot dogs, for the kids were cold, and the bread so hard. We were starving from being at the Hospital all morning, so we had no choice. But to eat it .😞

    My wife and I came in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We both got cowboy combos everything was great except her vegan burnt ends came out cold. Mr. Jack came out and quickly got her some new ones and took care of everything. We really appreciates how quickly Jack got her food fixed. Great place to eat and bring the family.

    My family and I come in at least once every month or so. I love the restaurant simple because they offer vegan burnt ends. Most bbq places don't provide options for people who don't eat meat. Any time in in the mood for some bbq inspired food and some good side s 4 rivers is my go to. Great service Everytime especially Jack!

    Jack was amazing. We have spent long hours at the hospital with an ill family member, we were drained emotionally and physically, coming into the restaurant we were greeted by jack, he made us laugh and smile for the first time in a while. He’s a dedicated man and truly made our night completely better! We are looking forward to coming back to see our new friend jack in the future. #belikejack
