4 Rivers Smokehouse ships nationwide on Goldbelly.
I recently visited 4 Rivers smokehouse, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It is nice to be received with a smile.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual dinner or a special occasion, 4 Rivers offers a perfect combination of great food, wonderful service, and an overall pleasant dining experience.
Highly recommended!

Another disappointing, overhyped bbq spot... mediocre, dry meat (unless it's the fat), small meat portions (not enough to even cover a slice of bread) and even less existent curbside service... you'll get your fill of decent tasting, cheap carbs though for your sides.

I have been coming to this location since opening weekend. The food was once consistently great, with wonderful and friendly staff who provided a warm and welcoming experience. It was a place that would make managers and owners alike proud.
Over the years there has been a steady decline. Initially, it started with the removal of their biscuits from the menu due to staffing issues (so they claim during covid). We can all acknowledge those were amazing.
We came in today, my wife and I ordered brisket. The quality of the cook on the brisket is leaving something to be desired. It is both overcooked and undercooked at the same time if you’re ordering it mixed. The lean brisket is so overcooked it may as well be shoe leather, the fatty brisket is full of inedible and unrendered fat.
We also tried their new cheesy potato side. This was cheesy and crispy on top but ice cold and raw in the middle.
Beyond all of this, we were sitting eating in the restaurant and the north side AC was frozen over dripping water on the floor the entire time we were there. During this time, not a single associate, manager or any kind of staff member walked into the dining room to police the store, tables or floor. I hope for their sake that no one falls.
It wouldn’t shock me if the revenue of this particular restaurant has declined compared to the company on the whole, it is clear that no one cares. The entire place needs to be re-trained and the manager needs to be replaced.

Overall a 6.5 out of 10 for me:
Maybe its because I didnt get mine fully warm due to waiting on my turkey.
What i got was the cowboy platter and here's my order
Texan Corn Bread: It was quite alright even though I dont usually order this style because I like my corn bread sweet.
Mac&Cheese: Average mac & cheese for any place but it reminded me of an old restaurant named Sweet tomatoes which I went to for a while.
Pulled chicken: Oh lord where do I begin that was the most salty pulled chicken In all the land. First bite I took had me reaching for my cheerwine which was able to extinguish the salt.
Burnt Ends: They were fine if I put the bbq on it but by themselves it was enjoyable.
Turkey: The savior of meal due to it being perfectly fresh and seasoned. It was amazing and needed after all the salt and kinda cold food.
Maybe if I came back on a different night I would have had a way better experience but it was a random Saturday night when it was dead.

Let me start by saying the food here is phenomenal. I had an order of wings, 1/4 ribs, beans, greens and cornbread (2). I was overwhelmed by the flavor and and tenderness of the meat and very happy with everything overall.
What really disappointed me about my visit was the atmosphere. Football season is here and none of the TVs had the game on. The space is huge which leaves lots of opportunity for the decor to match the sporting season we’re in. I can see this business + location becoming a staple for families and communities who enjoy sports but right now the atmosphere leaves alot to be desired. I have a few more recommendations but I also consult with businesses for a living so its hard for me not to just enjoy the food when I go out, lol. Overall I would recommend this place if you enjoy good food and hope that management is open minded to making some necessary changes to create a knockout experience for future customers!
