    WENT THERE ON 10/19/25 ABOUT 3:30pm. THE YOUG LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU. WAS EXSTREAMLY NASTY AND RUDE. ASKED ME IF I HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER SERVICE. WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

    Grabbed a to-go lunch on 10/15/25 and was extremely disappointed. Ordered the cowboy platter (3 meats and with choice of 2 side and bread). I choice brisket , sausage and burnt ends with corn bread, greens, and baked beans . Brisket was bland and little smoke, sausage was good, and burnt ends was a chopped mess. The greens tasted like raw garlic ad not cooked down enough , beans tasted like a spoon full of brown sugar . The corn bread was the best part of everything as it was moist and sweet.

    Always a good meal at 4rivers. This trip I was doing curbside as I was in the way home and checked in right after placing order. Staff was nice enough to call and let me know it would be 15+ minutes since I had just placed order. I was aware but just shows they care about customer service. …And the brisket is super tender

    OVER-PRICED and OVER DONE---sausage casing was super tough and hard to chew as was the mixed beef and pork burnt ends...this place came in last for us next to Willie Jewels, Dickeys, and Oak Ridge---all sorry excuses fpr BBQ. The only place we have found for edible bbq is Mission BBQ. We came here from Texas where BBQ is King and have traveled to Kansas City as well eating at many restaurants--and overall the BBQ here compared to there is like comparing Taco Bell to an outstanding Mexican restaurant---adding in that our meal at Four Rivers was over $55 for the 2 of us---it was definitely a ONE AND DONE for us
