- TFTom Fitzmartin1 day ago5.0I have been eating lunch at the 4 Rivers Kissimmee location once or twice a week for the last two years. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the food is consistently good (although I can't speak to food beyond my two go-to lunch orders) and they are gracious when asked for something beyond the norm (like my extra extra crispy okra). I haven't visited the other 4 Rivers locations, but I would (and do) recommend this location to everyone who asks.

We also enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork, COOP chicken tenders (hand breaded). And the pumpkin spice BBQ sauce is mind-blowing. Chef's kiss! The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The business gives to charity. There is a hand washing station in the back of the dining room to make it easy to clean your hands before your meal and afterwards. I took a caramel dolly home and it was fabulous, too!

I asked for lean brisket, and somehow that turned into an upcharge they never mentioned. All they asked was what kind of meat do you want? Then I get this sad little portion that cost almost $20 no drink, no sides, nothing. Very overpriced and poor customer service.

Then, when I ordered, they overcharged me for something that every other 4 Rivers includes without a problem. The attitude, the service, and the complete lack of respect were unbelievable. I’m beyond disappointed, this location is a joke, and I’m never coming back.
- LLLaurieOct 13, 20254.0Visiting from out of state. Typical BBQ place, order when you walk in, pick meat then sides/dessert. I ordered the pulled pork melt. I added mayo and BBQ sauce, it was good and would order it again. Husband and 2 teen boys had ribs and brisket. I tried the ribs, they were okay. Boys said ribs were pretty good. Husband said ribs were alright. Mac and Chz was very good and cheesy potato casserole was excellent!
