After a carbon monoxide leak in my basement, it turned out the source was a faulty (old) water heater and they were able to quickly and efficiently install a new system during the coldest days of January. More recently, I also had a pipe burst in my basement on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend and they were the only of 3 plumbing companies that I called who were immediately available. Ross is professional, knowledgeable and transparent about labor, pricing and options. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and service.
- TWT Lawrence WareAug 29, 20254.0Because my mother's HVAC system is 20 years old, and the system was custom made for the house, it was an extreme challenge to acquire the burner assembly. The burner unit was the source of a Gas leak. The choice would've been to install a new burner unit; but, they were willing to work with me. My suggestion of disassembling the burner assembly, locating the valve; then, reassembling the burner assembly; and they, would instal the burner assembly was agreed upon. They installed the assembly flawlessly. In addition, they were kind and respectful to my Mother as well as the customs of my Mother's house.

Colby was also a great source of information and assistance. Kaio did a wonderful job with the replacement. Julia was also very kind and patient with explaining things to me. The entire process was easy, quick, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, after installation I realized that some mistakes were made and, although I wish the handling had been smoother, 3R fixed them for me successfully in the end. I continue to be grateful for all their help!
