314 Training Academy is a 23,000 square foot state of the art indoor baseball and softball training center, conveniently located in Brentwood, Missouri. We specialize in baseball and softball training for teams and players of all ages and skill levels. The Training Academy consists of: 10 batting cages and pitching mounds, 60 x 90 open field space, HitTrax Baseball Simulator, a 4,200 square foot sports performance weight room, and a party/meeting room.

What type of training do you offer?
We offer baseball & softball training to players of all skill levels and ages.
What age do you start baseball/softball training?
We start players at 4 years old and have an AWESOME beginner training class (weekly) that is specifically designed for 4 to 6 year olds.
What are individual lessons?
Individual lessons are one on one sessions with a certified instructor. Lessons are available 7 days a week and have a lot of flexibility on scheduling.
What skills do you work on in training?
hitting, pitching, throwing, fielding, & catching skills/training.
What amenities are available at 314 Training Academy?
We have a 20,000 sq ft facility with standard batting cages, turf field, weight room, and lounge area.
Can I rent a batting cage?
Yes, we have 8 batting cages available to be reserved by the general public in 30 minute time slots (up to 2 hours).
What do you specialize in?
Baseball & softball lessons, practice, small group training, birthday parties, office parties, and much more!
Do you have baseball/softball teams?
Yes we are home of the St Louis Redbirds which is a nationally known baseball program offering teams of all skill levels from 7 years old to 18 years old.
Do you have one day or week long camps?
We offering holiday camps, school days off camp, and summer camps throughout the year. 1,3 & 5 day camp options are available.
Do you offer concessions and bathrooms?
We have the CLEANEST bathrooms around and offer food & beverages at our concessions bar.
