- NNNoeJul 16, 20251.0If there were no star reviews that’s what would be given here. After living in this building for 10 years, I can say that, Management is horrible! It feels that you constantly have to argue or push just to get things addressed. Communication is poor, unprofessional, and they have a tendency to gaslight. It’s completely exhausting to deal with. I would highly recommend renting elsewhere. Furthermore it’s worth noting that WCS was recently involved in a price-fixing lawsuit with Washington DC where it was alleged that it conspired with other DC landlords to inflate rents. WCS settled for over $1 million dollars (June 2, 2025). This in itself adds tremendous concerns about how they operate and their business practices.

Vanisha, the front desk staff, the maintenance staff have all been so helpful and welcoming, it's hard not to immediately feel at home. Vanisha and the property management team have made the application and move-in process so seamless and straightforward, I could not be more appreciative.
