  The tenant on the first floor at the back of the building continues to drive his truck over the grass as if he owns the property. On top of that, he has placed a patio table, umbrella, and other items that go well beyond what is allowed, taking up far more space than any other tenant. This is unfair and unreasonable. The rest of us are limited to our balconies or designated fenced areas, while he ignores the rules entirely. It’s not right that he gets extra space and privileges while the rest of us pay the sameor in some cases even more rent. He also does not pick up his dogs waste

  Very quite building. It has large living rooms and balconies, a well maintained and neat environment. But the only thing being missed is storage ( no storage in the unit). It's difficult to keep a daily used items in the locker, which is on the 8th floor.
