  Santos and Seve do such an exceptional job of managing and maintaining our homes at 2701 Connecticut! The building is spotless, safe, and incredibly communal, with neighbors saying hello and checking in with each other in the common areas. Santos and Seve always respond promptly to maintenance requests and any other questions we might have, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents' comfort and happiness. Additionally, the units are gorgeous and spacious, with views overlooking Rock Creek Park. I have never lived in a better-managed apartment building or had a more pleasant tenant experience in my many years of renting, in both DC and elsewhere! Anyone looking for an apartment in Northwest DC should make 2701 Connecticut their first stop.

  I lived in this building for 4 years and have no complaints! Santos and Seve are the best - always responsive and attentive.

  I lived in 2701 from Jul 2024-Oct 2025. Santos and Seve are so amazing, as is the entire community in this building. There are always flowers in the lobby, quarterly social activities, and timely maintenance whenever needed. Santos replied to every email of mine within the hour and Seve was so helpful with anything we needed (and even helped me move out). The building is old and historic but very updated with new appliances. It is such a warm and welcoming place to live, and I plan to move back here should I ever end up back in D.C.!

  Absolutely cannot overstate how much I loved this property and the team here. I lived here for about two years and would have stayed much longer if graduate school wasn't in another state! Santos and Seve are so kind and helpful, and any maintenance issues are resolved lightning-fast. The location is unbeatable and the apartments are lovely. I miss it!

  We have lived here for 10 years and cannot say enough good things about the area and the building. The building is meticulously maintained and every "issue" (very few) that we have had is addressed immediately. Additionally we have had the pleasure of getting to know Santos and Seve over the years and they are truly the best. They have created such a welcoming and warm community - the perfect place for us to raise our 2 little ones. Aside from the building itself, the area is wonderful; across from the metro, easy walking to Adams Morgan and the zoo, amongst other things. Come live here, you won't regret it!
