  I cannot say enough great things about my experience living at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave! It most definitely earns a 5 star rating (I would rate it higher if I could). From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home from the time you walk through the front door. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. Spacious layouts, high ceilings, ample windows with amazing views, modern kitchen, balconies, and great amenities. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally, often within 24 hours. The common areas are always clean and inviting, and it’s clear that the management team takes pride in the property. The lobby is inviting and a wonderful place to have a seat and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff Michaella, Mel, John, Rueben...and so many others set this place apart. It is a sense of community. The staff knows residents by name, are always happy to help, and even host occasional events that bring neighbors together. If you are fortunate enough to find an opening, I highly recommend it. It has been an absolute pleasure living here!

  The location is great - we walk to DuPont Circle, Georgetown, downtown, and the Mall. The building itself is well managed and well maintained. The apartments are lovely - and yes, we use the fireplace! However, it is the people of 2401 Pennsylvania - Michaela, John, Jemel and the rest of the staff - who make this a community and not just an apartment building. We can’t imagine living anywhere else in Washington DC!

  2401 Pennsylvania Ave. is a superbly run apartment complex. The word “community” is thrown about fairly loosely nowadays, but the attempts of the 2401 management and staff to create a community within this building is commendable and successful. The service to the tenants is characterized by thoroughgoing cheerfulness, a commitment to quickly addressing any question or issue, and a general attitude of “going the extra mile.” From the front desk through the engineering staff, this is a top-flight operation, and we are very lucky to have had the opportunity to rent a unit here.

  Not only is this a great location, we are well taken care of by a great team of concierges led by Mel and John and a terrific maintenance staff led by Hector and Ruben. We love it here!

  The staff’s day to day management of this building is top flight. They are unfailingly friendly, go out of their way to make the residence here a pleasure, and address any issues as they arise efficiently and effectively. Michaella Kim, John Bellingham, Susan Kelleher, and the entire team are well respected and liked throughout the building. A five-star performance. And while Jemel Brown now covers the 2401 office complex, she still helps out at the residential building and, as always, does a terrific job.
