  Tim at 20/20 Exteriors was prompt, professional, and genuinely willing to help me navigate a difficult situation caused by negligence from a previous homeowner that left our roof and related structure heavily damaged. Tim's honest approach, excellent communication, and empathy have driven me to pre-emptively choose 20/20 Exteriors for all future relatable projects. I would highly recommend this company based upon my stellar interactions with Tim alone.

  I highly encourage you to use a different company. 20/20 subcontracted out our roofing job. I would suggest you ask who will actually be doing the tear off and installation. Several issues arose starting with the subcontractors not removing the old staples or nails before they installed the new underlayment. Things were not installed properly so items had to be torn off and redone. I could not communicate with the workers about oven ventilation, which they cut in after the roof was installed, because no one onsite spoke English. The subcontractors also left the gate open which required driving around for multiple hours to find our dogs. A less savvy homeowner might not even know what a poor quality job they did. Please use another company.

  I would recommend this company to friends and family. It took 2 days from start to finish to roof my house. The crew was very polite and did an amazing job. Tim the owner came out for the estimate and the final bill came back very close to estimate, no hidden costs or fees that were a surprise. He was also very helpful explaining exactly what would be done and why. If I had questions he got right back to me. Everyone I had contact with on the whole project were very helpful. I just love seeing my new roof every time I drive up to my house.

  Great roofing company with great reasonable pricing! We had our roof replaced for a home purchase as recommended by our realtor and the roof is fantastic! It looks so nice and seamless. They did a great job! They were also the cheapest quote of any of the other roofing companies we had asked to come out. When we replace our siding, we will definitely consider calling 20/20 again.
