  On a day when the heat index hit 106F, Mike came promptly to attend to our Furnace/Air not working. It turned out that mice got in the unit and wrecked havoc. Major componets had to be ordered before they could be installed. The minute the parts arrived, he was there to finish the job. Over the years 2 seasons Heating and Cooling have not let us down in terms of equipment and repair (that is not very frequent). We recommend them to others.

  Mike and Allie are simply the best. They recent help solve an emergency at one of my rental properties. They made the necessary repairs to keep every one comfortable quickly. Their focus on customer service is un matched in the Lake Geneva area. I have been using them for years they are reasonably priced and professional. They care about your needs and work to make sure things are done correctly and in a timely manner. I would not call anyone else in the area. Plain and simple
