  You don’t hope to get your window smashed in broad daylight, but when it happens, you’d hope to find Barry to fix it. He took my car at the last minute on a Sunday, parked it overnight and had it ready in under 24 hours. Filed it through my insurance claim, and gave me updates throughout the process. I can recommend him and his staff enough.

  I had an excellent experience with Barry at 2 Hour Auto Glass! From start to finish, Barry provided outstanding customer service. He’s truly a man of his word - everything he told me on the phone about pricing and timeline was exactly as promised, with no surprises. What impressed me most was how fast and efficient the service was. Barry was able to get my passenger window replaced the same day I called, and the replacement itself took 1 hour from the time I arrived at the shop to when I was pulling away with my new window installed. If you need auto glass work done, I highly recommend Barry at 2 Hour Auto Glass. Honest, reliable, and delivers exactly what he promises!

  Wow Joe, Barry, and Keith saved the day! After our car got broken into 24 hours before our international vacation, they procured our window glass (which was extremely difficult to find) and no one else could do. They got the glass delivered within 6 hours and installed it same day. Super thorough and efficient. Also want to give a special shoutout to Keith who was so kind and attentive to our vehicle. They just made a lifetime customer!!

  Broke rear window at 11am in midtown Parking Garage. Called Joe right away and headed to Brooklyn. Rear glass replaced by 2pm. They even cleaned the broken glass from shopping bags that were in trunk. 2026 BMW X5. $870 with tip. Thanks

  First time having to deal with a broken windshield. First, I chose Safelite because it was one of the few options provided on my insurance app. Def do not settle for them even if you are already stressed out at the moment. Take the extra step and call up your local business. In this case, for me, it was 2 hour glass. These are hard working men and the owner has been in the business for several decades. Open 7 days a week. I'd rather go to them. Barry and Joey (brothers) will pick up the call and with old school charm, walk you through everything. Def a long shot compared to the cold corporate automated voice navigator with Safelite, that terminates the call and does not give you an option to talk to a rep. Did a great job and didn't wait long. Highly recommended. I'll go to them if it happens again
