Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Showed up for an appointment that we had booked over the phone for my daughter to have her first ear piercing. She was super excited and it was for her birthday. We get to the tattoo parlor and waited 10-15 minutes while doing paperwork. We were then told that they were running behind schedule. Sent us off to get lunch. So, 45 minutes later we came back, sat in the lobby again, And I could tell that this wasn’t going to go well. They came up again telling us they were still running behind, and I told them that we could wait another 30 or 40 minutes but it sounded like it was gonna be another hour to two hours before they could get to us. She essentially said that I needed to reschedule. My daughter was in tears, but we ended up having to leave. Not sure why you would make an appointment if you’re not going to keep it. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I’m not mad. Just disappointed. So then, I get an email today from the business asking for a review so here it is.

Okay lock in because I’m a yapper but this was the BEST experience i have EVER had getting pierced. I went in without an appointment, but they were still able to get me in. I believe I had Nicole as my piercer (I apologize if i got that wrong, I will edit or leave a comment to correct my mistake). I got my eyebrow and navel pierced. But she was so communicative and literally the sweetest piercer I’ve ever had. She made sure communication with me was her utmost priority. She went into detail about the aftercare for my piercings and answered any questions I had. She didn’t mind when I kept changing the placement as I’m generally a very anxious person, but she just wanted to make sure I liked how the piercings looked and wanted to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned!! I also had some scar tissue from previous navel piercings that were pierced incorrectly, but she managed to make it work. Excellent piercer, had an awesome time there. The environment felt very safe and comfortable and I thank Nicole for that. :D If i could rate them higher, I would. 11/10, I will definitely be coming back!!
