Experienced a "system outage" today that meant that all machines couldn't accept tickets. Some wouldn't print tickets nor accept our players card. We and several others nearby waited an hour to cash out of the machines we were playing. Will not be returning to this casino.

Staff was polite and security was of plenty. Games where ok but half the floor was Roped off and unavailable to the customers.
