I got two quotes one which I was extremely uncomfortable with the company and the other one was extremely high in price. I then found 1st Choice who was very reasonable and extremely professional and knowledgeable (far more so than the other two companies). From the owner Chris who came out to provide the quote to Justin who came to take various measurements to ensure I get the most appropriate size furnace to Ryan & Tom who did the install, each one was very informative and professional. I probably absorbed less than 50% of the information but that 50% was a great education. I’m glad that I found 1st Choice and will be dealing with them for years to come.
- MGMartin GinsbergNov 17, 20215.01St Choice replaced our cheap builder sub-standard HVAC filter system. Chris Reilly gave us a choice of systems and told us the pros and cons of each. We checked out the test lab results of the Purifi system and it was the best hands down on purifying in home air, We coupled that with with a Honeywell electrostatic filter system to remove the particulate matter for the best possible indoor air quality. Matt and Anthony arrived on time and in a clean and organized service vehicle. While installing the new system they had to fabricate all new ductwork on site to assure proper air flow. They showed us all their work and explained how our new system worked. They did quality work and left our home spotless. We appreciated the company's responsible communication. They confirmed every appointment during the process and then notified us that the installers were on their way. This was a fairly expensive project but how can you put a price on having clean air in your home, especially when sealed up in winter. We feel that we received good value for our investment. 1st Choice a a 1st class outfit. .
