  I had a terrible experience with this 1st Choice Airport. Ray was unprofessional and extremely rude, hanging up on me twice when I tried to call in and make a reservation! I would not recommend this company at all—save your money and find a better service!!!! Ray stop taking your calls while your driving it is unsafe and it’s effecting your business customer service. If you put more effort into your customer service, you might then afford a secretary to take your calls. I write this review in anger not because I want to affect your business negatively, but because you do not know how to RESPECTFULLY talk to another human being!!

  We booked service with 1st Choice To & from JFK & they were excellent, on time & very polite. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
