They constantly gives timely updates on things before they happen and as needed regarding maintenance in apartments and the complex in general such as garage, water, filter updates, etc. The apartment itself is one of the nicest and most modern ones I've seen in the area and very safe/clean for just off campus. I especially love the garage parking and FOB entry on all the doors, and the fact that there is an elevator to get to the higher floors.
- YLYul LeslieApr 7, 20213.0I have lived at 120 Flats for more than 8 months and almost everything so far is great. One thing that concerns me is that packages are stolen very frequently in this building. Wish there is a security camera installed.
