For a project, I contacted 8 different firms, with many competitive and competent. 10com by far was the worst with unable to understand how to use their own booking system, followed by spamming and poor customer service.

They took to heart the description of the logo I wanted and iterated multiple times to make sure the final product was perfectly right for me. Great experience, and I'm so glad I contracted them to make my logo instead of continuing to try and develop one myself! The whole process, start to finish, with 3-4 rounds of revisions took only 3 weeks. Very happy!

They don’t let me talk to anyone, everything is done via email. I feel like I could have done it better and faster with ChatGPT and a generic template. I want example of functionality and they don’t implement that. Just add visuals. Super frustrating and a waste of time and money. I want my site published and to be done with them. I DO NOT recommend.
