I have dealt with this company on two occasions and both experiences have been excellent. They have given me outstanding customer service and very fair prices. I recommend them highly.

A great company to work with—highly recommended if you're looking to install stairlifts. We had two used chairs installed that developed issues, and they responded quickly to repair them. Very kind and attentive service.

My family's 11 year old stair lift just stopped working. I called and spoke with Cathy, who was professional and friendly. Understanding my family's desperate needs, she arranged an appointment for us in 2 days. Grant, who was equally friendly, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and courteous, he had to call the manufacturer for some info but it was already after hours, so he offered to come back the very next day on a Saturday. Grant went out of his way and brought us a loaner motor from his display unit when he returned, knowing my family member had a real hard time going upstairs without the stair lift. He exchanged the motors and took ours so he could test it in his shop. He came back a couple of days later with our repaired motor and put it back. Turned out he was able to repair the motor to fix the problem without the major expense of having to change the motherbroad or the motor. The price he charged was extremely reasonable even though he made 3 trips and was kind enough to give us the loaner. We had a great experience with them. They went above and beyond for us, and my family is very appreciative. Thank you.
