My Bruno Elite was installed today and I cannot be happier with this experience. Matt and Jeff did the installation which went very well. I would recommend 101 Mobility to anyone needing assistance with their mobility issues.

During our initial meeting on August 13th, we discussed two models and the representative said he will provide me with quotes for both. He was supposed to discuss one of the elevators with another franchisee to see if it is suitable for our home. About a week later, I received the quote for one of the elevators and the representative informed me that he will find more info about the other model. I replied and asked if I could see one of their previous projects to see how the elevator looks/operates as they do not have elevator displays in their showroom. I followed up again last Friday, but have not heard back from him since August 22nd. If you are considering them for an elevator install, I hope your experience will be better than mine.

The only thing I would urge them to consider is forms of payment be more visible (I had an American Express and they did not take it, I had to find another way to pay).
