  After checking out elevators for our residence we decided to invest our purchase from 101 Mobility. John was extremely helpful and answered all our questions honestly. John gave us a very affordable product which he recommended for our situation. Roger did an excellent job on the construction of the elevator shaft which was perfect as the alignment was spot on. Alexander the technician was very knowledgeable and installed the components properly and in a timely fashion. John kept in touch and visited our home several times throughout the process which showed concern. I would recommend 101 Mobility for any of your projects. The administration individuals were kind and courteous and followed up promptly with any questions. Overall, we are extremely happy with our dealings with 101 Mobility. Thank you, John, for making our elevator experience a pleasure.

  This company installed a Stiltz elevator in our condo recently. The complete experience from the time John Grant and his team visited for an assessment to the installation and actually using the elevator was great. 101 Mobility use excellent contractors for all the prep work and his personal team did an excellent job installing and training us how to operate and maintain the elevator. I would recommend them highly for any mobility needs.

  We had a great experience with 101 Mobility. The initial visit was great where they walked us through the process and answered all of our questions about how the stair lift would fit into our front hallway. When it came from installation the team of two were so professional and knowledgeable and walked my mom through how her new stairlift worked and what to do when common things happen. This whole process was top notch from start to finish. Thanks to the team at 101 Mobility of Mississauga.

  1O1 installed our Stiltz home elevator in record time - two weeks from ordering to final installation. At no stage was there any mess in the house - a clean procedure. John the owner of 1O1 was fast in his responses, quick and honest about what to expect. The elevator cost us less than what a move to a bungalow would have been. And it is much safer than a stair chair. Now we can enjoy our beautiful home in safety. It has added value to my home, too. We are grateful for their followup after installation to ensure we were happy. This is an excellent product with an expert installation team.
