  Went there for a dinner gathering and waited almost 2 hours for me food and drink. After asking multiple times how much longer it would take did the server come back to say that the fish I paid for in advance will not be thawed in time and that I can pick another option. I did and asked for the difference to be applied to my card since it was much cheaper than the original I paid for. The server refunded the whole original meal and swiped my card for the new order. I screen shot my banking transaction on my app to show the refund and new transaction for further record. Finally received my food only after waiting an hour and telling the server to just cancel the transaction all together because I was leaving did she say that the food was being plated in the to go box and that she will bring tit out shortly. I left a CASH TIP and a few days later I see a fraudulent charge on my account for more money than what was originally screenshotted. The server fraudulently added a tip to my card after I left. I tried calling twice to get the response that “it’s too busy right now” and when asked when the manager or owner will be in I got the dismissive “I’m not sure when they will be in” from the worker Michelle. I really Ty to support POC businesses but this really make ls you think twice.

  This place is trash. Reheated cheap food. Walked in and it was empty except for the servers sitting at table in the back. No one was even in the kitchen. Ordered a few meals and when it showed up I told the server, and showed her the food was not edible or fresh. Everything we ordered was reheated trash food. We were one of two tables in the place and they had the same complaints we did. Food was gross. Still got a bill. Save ur time and money. Avoid this place at all costs.

  The food here is good. We enjoyed the dishes we ordered. The waffles were different, in a positive way, than what I've had before...crispy on the outside. The fruit cup was a little different than typical.

  The food was excellent when you can get it. Waited nearly 1.5 hours as they have little staff. It’s a good thing I was catching up with my daughter. The waitress kept in touch and promised food “soon”. The owner seemed to care less. Won’t be back.
