  Found a gold bear pendant while going through stuff at my house. Took it to them just to see if it was real gold or not. They refused to even test it for me. Instantly judgy as I walked up. Just saying someone’s appearance doesn’t mean they are criminal. Extremely rude. Definitely won’t go back

  I took my wedding ring and another beautiful ring I got from my hubby here and when I got it back a few days later two of my diamonds that I noticed had been swapped out. TWO!! Could be more and I’m just not noticing but I know my diamonds and I know my rings, I have had them on for multiple years having never taken them off for anything. Dirty dirty people here. And it’s too bad because the pricing wasn’t bad at all. If you look on their reviews on other websites, and on Google other people accuse them of the exact same thing. I am livid and sick.

  Had my wedding set soldered. They had it finished in about 2 hours! I am extremely pleased. Excellent customer service also! They have beautiful nieces for sale as well! We will definitely be back to do more business with them!
