  When you enter the store, a sales associate will greet you.However, they will look you up and down, judging your outfit. It becomes clear that they are focused only on your appearance, not on you as a customer. Even if you have shopped there before, the interaction feels impersonal and lacks warmth. You feel more like a sale than a valued guest, which makes the shopping experience less enjoyable.
