I called from Calgary looking for a bag that was out of stock everywhere and Vivienne put all her efforts into helping me find one, she got me the bag, had it shipped to Calgary and it arrived in just a couple days. Amazing customer service and communication over text, she’s the best!!!

went in a couple times but all employees other than the manager are just sitting and on their phones constantly. love the brand tho wish they could’ve carry the same staff as they do in europe.
