  Don’t support this brand. From the Boston area, but I purchased a bag in Barcelona a few months ago and took excellent care of the bag. The chain broke within a few months of wearing the bag which I am unsure why. I visited the store for either repair or replacement, in which they told me they do not do any repairs and you cannot replace any chains. I was told to contact the brands customer support through their website. Support was completely unhelpful and they offered me no solution. This is upsetting considering how much I enjoy the brand and considering the price point of their products. I’ve never had a chain or strap break, especially so soon after purchasing the bag which to me shows that the quality just simply isn’t there. I would look elsewhere unless you know you will never need to replace or repair any parts of your purchase.

  This my favorite store in Boston! Their Customer service always delivers! I ordered a pair of man's boots online, but the size did not fit me properly and I was desperate because they didn't have other sizes avilable online. So I went to store a and dispite the fact that they don't have man's section anymore, Anna offered to look for my size at others stores in the country. Anna found my size,once it arrived at the store she called me, I simply went, tried it and left so happy with my new amazing boots!
