  I am a long standing customer of ZV in all of their stores including Paris for years . This sales person was terrible. As soon as a customer she knew can in, she talked to no one else. She didn’t even ask me how the clothes were that I tried on. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If I were the manager. L, she would be fired. Loyal customer (no longer) Sunday 8/11 ZV store 85/ Madison

  Placed an order over the phone after having been redirected from another location. The item arrived in a day and a half Ayanna directed me to the location and the young lady that took the order was professional courteous and genuinely concerned with helping me. Wish I could give them 6 🌟 stars. Thanks from Washington DC
