  Great quality and unique items. It was my first time at this location and I was very impressed with their staff. Ava helped me pick out a sweater and was extremely sweet and knowledgeable.

  Had a pair of shoes that were damaged not even 2 months into wearing them. Came in to ask about repairs and the worker was very disrespectful and did not even look at the shoes before dismissively turning us away. Very disappointed in the customer service and disappointing that the brand cannot repair items to uphold their quality.

  I was really looking forward to getting some items for my Girlfriend from this spot. Unfortunately the employee with the blonde hair was not trying to greet us, even went as far to walk right in front of my child without even so much as a excuse me. She was talking to a woman and her daughters even though they were asking the employee about discounts on the items. Honestly laughable that this is the service they provide, no hello, no let me know if you have any questions, no I’ll be with you soon, no introduction of themselves. Felt completely profiled and disrespected in this store and will never do any type of business with them. Unfortunate for a boutique style store to cater to people who are asking for discounts instead to welcome everyone into their store.
