BEWARE- Lies about return policy!! The store location on Manhattan, Broome St, does not honor return policy as stated online. Purchase of (2) full price items and told that only store credit was allowed. This was within 30 minutes of purchase… just wanted to change size but that wasn’t available. Store manager said it was impossible to process a return on their system. Return policy is not visible or made clear at time of purchase either. Is that even legal?! This store tries to appear high end, but their customer service and quality… not so much.
