  I usually don’t write reviews but i feel the need to express my concerns. Walked in with my nonna this afternoon was greeted by a women named Jackie. Let’s just say extremely pushy and rude with my poor 80yo nonna. For anyone thinking of heading into this store keep your head held high.

  I typically shop at the century city location but last minute, stopped by the abbot kinney location last week because I was in the area. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the store manager. She was very rude and dismissive, giving me and my family judgemental looks the whole time we were in the store until the we chose to leave just based on the absolutely uncomfortable vibe! I’m noticing plenty of other reviews about this manager as well! Shocked an affluent brand like Zadig & Voltaire would hire such a toxic person! Will never shop here again!

  Happen to visiting from out of town. The bag I purchased in another state happens to be coming apart at the corners. I called the store and the man I spoke to said sure come by and we can give you a store credit. I asked before I drove over could he look up the receipt and did they share the same computer system. He responded yes. He said he couldn’t refund, but he could provide store credit. Once I arrived, of course the response was completely different. We even went so far to pull up the American Express statement and show them. So I guess the only way to resolve this in a customer friendly way is to dispute the charges with Amex. You can’t sell a crappy product doesn’t hold up and then not honor your word once someone shows up. Do better!
