Anthony! He is honestly the reason I only use SIXT for my rental cars. My first time ever renting a car was at this location and he made the process so easy, let me know what to do and put me in a nice car. Ever since then no matter where I go I always rent through SIXT. One great employee can really set the tone. And on top of that the cars are always nice and the process is super easy. I've never gotten charged for anything extra upon return and I've only encountered great employees. They have an easy to use and clean app and the prices are always good. Thanks Anthony you make renting cars a lighthearted and simple process. You have great energy and it radiates! SIXT gained a lifelong customer because of you.

Rented a vehicle from this SIXT location on 8-14-25. The exterior of the car was filthy. I uploaded pictures for the SIXT survey immediately after pickup as a courtesy to let them know about the issue. The next day, I received a voicemail from a customer service rep at Sixt corporate assuring me that in exchange for the cleanliness issue, I could return the car as empty as I liked, and they would not charge for any gas. So, instead of filling up, I returned it as requested, half a tank light. An invoice arrives in my inbox on 8-26, and they've hit my credit card for a $70 fuel charge. I call SIXT customer service, of course, they can't connect me with the people at the location or do anything about the charge. They tell me to dispute it with my credit card company. I look forward to my next visit to Denver. I will definitely stop by the Sixt location at Union Station to let them know how they did. In the meantime, I will not be renting a vehicle from Sixt again, and I highly recommend that you don't either.

I rented the car online and was led to believe the shuttle at the Denver airport would take me to the rental location. I was dropped off at a location close to the airport and told they wouldn’t help me transfer my reservation and told me the only thing I could do was rent another car. I have no idea how was supposed to get to union station, rent a $60 taxi? After a $150 on a car? The customer service was horrible, I was told no on a refund because it was non refundable lol, this place is a joke, do t waste your money! Use Budget!

I returned the vehicle (well before the scheduled return time) to the correct branch and placed the keys in the designated drop box located in the return area garage, as needed. However, I was surprised to receive an email next day asking if I would like to extend the rental, suggesting the vehicle was not recorded as returned. Later, after talking to the customer service they updated the record to “returned” but with a remark that return was delayed by 16 hours. They did not charge extra but why should that be a remark on my profile about not returning it on time? Additionally, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the rental car. The vehicle was not clean upon pick-up, and I noticed visible hair on the driver’s seat, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning from previous use. This is far below the hygiene standards I expect from a company of your reputation. Moreover, the driving performance of the vehicle was subpar. The acceleration was noticeably poor, requiring excessive pressure on the gas pedal to achieve even modest speed, especially problematic during uphill driving, where it struggled significantly to maintain momentum. This suggests that either the vehicle was overdue for maintenance or is in need of immediate mechanical attention.

Very disappointing experience at the SIXT Union Station location. It started with the fact that we had a 9 AM pickup reserved for a BMW X6. We arrived at the office at 8:55. There were already three people in line ahead of us, which is fine. The issue was that with only three people in front of us, it still took more than 45 minutes for us to get checked out with our car. There was one agent and one manager working and, for the most part, the manager sat upstairs on his computer while the (obviously new) agent struggled to process the reservations for those of us trying to get our cars. Since we were only renting for one day to do a day-trip through the Rocky Mountain National Park, that really set us behind schedule. When we finally got our car, it was FILTHY. I mean, this was the dirtiest rental car I've ever had in 30+ years. Obviously, it was not even given a cursory cleaning before giving it to us. The windows were so dirty that we could barely see out of them and the mirrors were useless. I had to go to a gas station and use their window washer just to be able to see out of the windows or mirrors. The interior was nasty too, to the point that we were reluctant to touch anything. We did our best to wipe down all of the surfaces that we came in contact with just so we wouldn't be grossed out the rest of the day. Lastly, the return process was confusing. You have to pick up and return their cars in a public garage about two blocks from their office. There are very few spaces designated for SIXT and, thankfully, I got the last one when I turned our car back in. I have no idea what you're supposed to do if there are no more spaces left, as they didn't discuss that with us when we picked up the car. Also, the key drop was well-hidden and took some searching to find. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The only positive notes were that the car itself did drive well and was comfortable and the location of the SIXT office was very convenient to Union Station, where we were coming from.
