The person at the counter wouldn’t even come closer to have a proper conversation, and gave me a vague, dismissive answer like I should already know that “any trailer can be hauled by a truck”—which is simply not true. When safety is involved, I expect clear, respectful communication. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
