- JMJonathan MillianAug 2, 20251.0absolute worst experience of my life. rented a truck with a lift online to pick up a wheel chair lift for my sick mother and when i got there, not only did they not have the truck requested, they said they wouldn’t give it to me anyway because it was for business use only. at no point in the process online was there any sort of warning about that and the home depot where i was picking up says this “happens all the time.” strongly strongly advise you stay away
