Great place to get some food and watch a game!
incredibly rude staff, i had simply asked for a glass of water, as i was very dehydrated from the very long walk 🚶♂️ i was on. i thought, 'ok, it may be a few minutes past their closing time and yeah, I'm not actually ordering anything BUT! but, I would think that as fellow human beings they would have the empathy to give a seriously parched guy like myself a glass of water.'
i was first told no by the receptionist/waitress until she finally gave in and went to ask her bartender for a glass of water. which was immediately then escalated up to what i assume was the manager, like I seriously have no idea why the decision to give some water to a dehydrated young man needed to be such a high up decision... anyways he also tells me no, and its only after i insist and explain how i have been walking many miles and have had no water that he decides to grant me a small room temperature paper cup of water, but get this, only after i go to the lobby area, in between the first and second door into the restaurant. I'm not sure how my need for hydration could have perhaps affected their comfort in having me in the restaurant, but I've been finding it a little difficult to not take it personally. i wasn't acting belligerently, i had not drank any alcohol that evening, i just needed water, with ice ideally? this was treated as an unreasonable expectation and i was nearly turned away.
do not come here if you desire hospitality and pleasant interactions with staff as you will not find it here. 1/10
Quality has been taking a dive. Ordered BOGO boneless and was very disappointed. Size and quality of the chicken was bad.

Since locally owned restaurants typically have more freedom to tweak their menus and provide a more personalized experience, my wife and I usually seek out these kind of establishments when looking to have a good cheat meal. However, when doing a local search for good burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) arrived at the top of our search results. The last time we had BWW was after arriving in Panama and it was surprisingly delicious. Being that we have a BWW located in close proximity to our home, we opted to have it delivered via DoorDash.
Couples that have been together for 5+ years can probably attest to the fact that some of your preferences start aligning (definitely the case for my wife and I); therefore, we both opted for the Bacon-Smashed Hatch Chile Burger with regular fries + Desert Heat Dry Rub and cheese dipping sauce. Upon arrival, our orders were both fairly hot (no complaints). The Desert Heat Dry Rub paired perfectly with the large portion of fries. Unfortunately, our burger was ok, but not as delicious as anticipated. The burger patty was overcooked (well-done), lacked adequate sauce (moderately dry), and was overall much smaller than expected.
I understand that the restaurant is titled Buffalo Wild Wings (not Buffalo Wild Burgers); therefore, maybe our expectations were a little too high. I can’t say that I will order another burger from BWW, but I may check them out for their happy hour (specifically their strawberry margarita) in the near future.

We usually dine in and the foods good. Today we ordered take out and it said it would be ready by 920pm. When we arrived on time they said another 5-10 mins. My husband checked in 15 mins later still told another 10mins. Our order was ready 30mins after expected and we didn't receive silverware, straws, our celery/ carrots. On top of that the wings were dry and cold. To say I was disappointed is and understatement! This quite honestly may be our last visit here because the lack of care or effort is beyond bad customer service. Oh did I mention there were 4-5 members working in the Togo section and only 1 would come out after a customer was standing waiting for 5-10mins atleast! Absolutely worse experience!
